- Ensure all contract service level agreements performance measures are met
- Leads daily team member huddles
- Creates/revises/implements department policy and procedures
- Manages/revises department master task list
- Ensures training is accomplished within specified timelines for all department personnel
- Coordinates work as required with other departments
- Drafts and sends correspondence to the client as required
- Manages all relevant resources effectively and efficiently
- Leads a team of 8 personnel
- Other duties/responsibilities commensurate with the position as a department manager or defined by operations manager
- Directs and/or manages the activities of more than one specialized functional areas of accounting in accordance to accounting principles, practices and procedures.
- May manage the development, modification, review and implementation of accounting systems, reporting methods and controls, policies and procedures.
- Administers approved accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business.
- Trains support or more junior personnel in accounting procedures, theories and reporting requirements.
- Identifies and may resolve and review issues affecting Company compliance, legal requirements and customer/company objectives.
Requirements
- Have excellent English Language proficiency
- Have at least 4 years work experience
- Be resident in Tehran
- Have ability to simultaneously perform as an individual and together (Team work skill)
- Have great communication skills
- Be a fast learner with positive attitudes
- Have excellent computer skills
