- Following up of cargo related to export cargoes, including supply and purchase, trade, shipping, customs and finance.
- Investigating export target markets and communicate with potential customers in target countries, as planned by the direct manager.
- Producing business offers and presenting them to identified potential customers and tracking to achieve results.
- External correspondence with buyers and trade necessary coordination regarding inquiries, prices and sales, terms of delivery of goods and so on.
- Attending overseas and domestic exhibitions and collecting necessary information (mostly domestic)
- Following up of export branding related issues, including producing specialized content in English.
- Following up related of company’s business advertising.
- Following up the market development plan and export products development of the company, based on the planned communicated to them.
- And generally following up other matters related to the job nature, as realized and requested by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Ability to create and manage customers and suppliers communication channels.
- Ability to create Final Book for terminated export projects.
- Sufficient knowledge of international commercial affairs
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Proper public relations and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with foreign buyers
- Familiarity with foreign official correspondence
- Ability to track assigned affairs
- Ability to design and follow up required reports
- Ability to perform process oriented tasks
- Motivated and interested in learning and progress
