Job Description

● Answering phone calls and messages. ● Email correspondence in Farsi and English. ● Writing Farsi letters for other organizations and companies. ● Classification and archiving of documents and letters. ● Coordinate office management activities. ● Having experience in foreign trade. ● Registration, control and maintain of incoming and outgoing letters and packages. ● Preparing report and submitting it to the manager.

Requirements

● Familiar with English (Writing and Speaking) ● Good knowledge of MS Office ● Foreign trade acquaintance ● Mastery of the principles of correspondence. ● Mastery of the principles of archiving and secretariat. ● Having related job experience at least for 2 years ● Regular and accurate. ● Having work commitment and teamwork spirit. ● Responsible. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Interested in learning.
