Hph.co is currently looking for a women secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Organizing meetings and arranging appointments
- Typing, and dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Managing office budgets
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Keeping personnel records
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office, archiving files
- Good personality & presentation, Leadership ability, Responsible, Committed, On-time and Proactive
- Language Skills: English
- Ideal Age Range: 25-35Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares reports by collecting information.
