-Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management office
-Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
-Managing all communicational affairs and correspondences such as phone calls, fax and emails
-Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Related fields
-At least 3 years of solid professional experience in office manager or assistant experience
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Fluent in English
-Positive Service delivery and Hospitality attitude
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
-Time management and multitasking skills within deadlines
-Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place
-Ability to build trust
-A good listener
-Ideal Age: 22 - 35
