• Managing the agenda of GM.
• Organizing all travels of GM.
• Organization and execution of all high level visitors’ agenda.
• Organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes and following up.
• Preparing the presentations of GM.
• Preparing all company communications of GM in alignment with Corporate Affairs.
• Accompanying the GM in meetings where Farsi translation is needed.
Requirements
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Ms Office.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multi tasks and even under pressure.
- High level of communication, team work and organization skills.
- Detailed oriented, organized and ability to work independently.
