Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support on day to day office work, travel bookings, follows ups, vouchers, reminders.
- Maintaining the daily/weekly/monthly schedule by preparing calendars; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
- Maintains confidence and protects data by keeping information confidential.
- Documentation of the contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners
- Dealing with incoming e-mails and often corresponding on behalf
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Document preparation, reports, briefings, power point presentations etc.
This position is the assistant of an executive manager, located in west of Terhan
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management
- Minimum 4 years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
- Shorthand and excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy is essential
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills including MS-Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills being able to liaise effectively at all levels
- Methodical and pragmatic approach to working - ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate working
- Excellent Office Skill
- Ability to work as an integral part of local team
- Ability to draft clear and focused letters and reports
- Ability to meet deadlines
