- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary - Welcoming the clients - Preparing and managing correspondences in both English and Farsi - Arranging travel and accommodation requirements in connection with the team - Arranging meetings - File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners. - Administrative tasks
