Requirements
• 1-2+ years of in-house or agency social media marketing, or inbound marketing experience
• A passion and strong understanding of the industry
• An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale promotional strategies and tactics
• Familiarity with navigating social listening platforms & analyzing social data
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including social network advertising, web and app
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the projects ahead, including updates to social media marketing, link building, content marketing, etc.
