Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns in Social Medias, Email and SMS.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
• Manage business Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter accounts through a Social Media Management Platform
• Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
• Regularly manage and send marketing campaigns and offers to B2C and B2B Email lists
• Work to improve our brand presence
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams
• Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
• Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
• Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
Reporting to: Marketing Manager.
Length of Probation Period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 17 - Thursdays 9 to 13.
Requirements
• Academic or professional degree in Marketing, Digital media, Graphics or relevant fields
• 2 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or similar roles
• 2 years of experience managing self-serve social media advertising campaigns (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Aparat, Youtube, LinkedIn & Twitter etc. )
• Experience creating marketing collateral
• Experience with Social Media Analytics tools like Iconosquare or Snaplytics
• Experience with Email Marketing Services like MailChimp or MailerLite
• Experience with Influencer Marketing campaigns
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Publisher
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Must be proactive and able to start and finish projects
• Ability to analyze & report on conversion rates, click-through rates, frequency, bounce rates and other common digital media KPI’s.
• Additional qualification in web design and media editing software like Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Audacity is a plus
