Job Description

- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. - Use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. - Identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. - Contribute to the strategic direction of our website, partner portal, digital assets, SEO, SEM, and all things web-related. - Full control over the development and implementation of marketing strategies and updates with the latest trends and measurements online. - Management to the principles of web design, operating systems management, content generation, on page-off page. - Report and track websites feature engagement. - Work with team to ensure SEO best practice are properly implemented. - Work with editorial and marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. - Devise digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. - Spearhead new website, partner portal, and customer portal design and development, as well as integration with back-end CRM and other systems. - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness. - Oversee social media strategy for the company. - Track conversion rates and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. - Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to contribute to overall digital marketing strategy. - Work closely with web development team and provide recommendations for functionality, design, and content for company's website and all online initiatives. - Provide structured site analysis, develop recommendations, evaluate site architecture, implement ongoing keyword generation, create search-friendly content, and develop link-building strategies. - Produce and run Internet marketing campaigns that focus heavily on search engine optimization, local search optimization, conversion optimization, link building, content marketing, and pay-per click advertisement. - Develop and drive link building services and develop new link building strategies, including SEO and SEM programs. - Monitor and provide weekly reports on each Internet marketing activity individually including (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Link Building and Citation Acquisition, Video Optimization, Content Marketing, Paid Search (PPC), and other key areas of Internet Marketing and SEO) and keep the C.E.O of the company informed of new possible services and/or strategic changes. - Manage tactical SEO initiatives and maintain a focus that deliverables and plans are in line with SOTI's long term goals. - Research direct response ads online and offline, providing feedback and recommendations for SOTI ads or sponsored programs based on what is happening in the marketplace. - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. - Supervise and inspire marketing team members in generating concepts for a campaign or project. - Provide project management of web team members to accomplish digital marketing goals as they align with overall marketing plans. - Set goals/targets for the team, outlining project timelines and distribution of work. - Manage campaign by using telegram Ads, Google Ad Words and other online and mobile advertisement channels.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related fields. - 3 years of experience in marketing and content production - A comprehensive understanding of e-commerce Media, SEO, SEM. - Familiar with analytical tools like, HTML, Trends, CSS, Google Ad-words, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools. - Ability to optimize various site elements, site structure, architecture, linking and content, and to ensure that new releases and enhancements meet SEO requirements. - The experience of managing successful social media campaigns and a comprehensive understanding of social marketing - Multitasking capabilities - Self-Motivated - Fast-learner - Excellent team-working skills - Having creative & good presentation skills - Have good sense of Luxury Brands - Advanced in English Language - Ideal Age: up to 45
