● Update the performance evaluation file of different units of the organization and prepare a performance evaluation report at the end of each month and each chapter. ● Update the percentage report of activities performed in different cost centers for the financial team. ● Preparation of salary information received from IranSalary companies. ● Output contact information of people from Metabase and send emails according to the request of different units of the company. ● Output of contact information of individuals from Metabase and send SMS according to the request of different units of the company. ● Prepare reports and analyzes requested by the marketing unit before holding a campaign or online exhibitions of work in Metabase. ● Preparing reports and analyses requested by the sales unit in Metabase. ● Prepare the required reports and analyses for the TalentCoach universities department in accordance with the requests of universities and companies. ● Participation in various sections of data analysis for the IranTalent report section.
Requirements
● Utilizes excellent communication and organizational skills. ● Adapts quickly to keep up with changing. ● Bachelor’s degree in computer Sienese and mathematics and related fields. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. ● Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● High attention to detail, including precise and effective communication. ● Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. ● History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
