The objective of the role:
Help clients and customers understand better about our services and respond to their questions and inquiries.
List of responsibilities:
● Answer phone calls.
● Answer social media comments, requests.
● Reporting to: CMO.
● Length of probation period: 6 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM.
● Travel requirements: Never.
● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Maybe commission.
Requirements
● Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
● Soft skills and personality traits: Teamwork skills and have patience.
