- Supervise all flow processes for operations, documentation.
- Serve as the customer’s advocate by understanding customer requirements/expectations and act as a liaison between the customer and business representatives.
- Respond to all client inquiries regarding updated status of order(s), by e-mail or phone, depending upon the client’s preference and/or the time-sensitivity of the order
Requirements
- At least BSc. degree
- At least 3 years experiences
- Energetic, System thinking, High domination on outstanding communication and people skills
- High domination on Office software
- Fluent in English
- Ideal age: 23- 27
