Designing, developing and supporting of CRM solutions (Microsoft CRM or V-Tiger or Sugarcrm).
Coding, testing, debugging, configuring and documenting modules
Creates and manages data warehouses to integrate data from the CRM with other software in use across the company.
Improving, studying and analyzing data processing functions, methods and procedures
Analyzing Data Integration requirement
Creates and maintains requested reports using the gathered data.
Is in charge of maintaining access rights for the CRM and SharePoint across the company
Requirements
Education:
BS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or IT, Management
Experience:
Candidate must have experience at least 2 years with any CRM
Complete proficiency in CRM and SharePoint Workflows.
