Objective of the role: be in touch with customers and assessments of their needs and improving company's relationships.
List of responsibilities: entering all customers name and specifications to software, analyze customer data , assessment of current database and providing recommendations , providing different reports , managing customer clubs , responses to requests from customers , scoring and leveling customers .
Reporting to: managing director.
Length of Probation Period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. and Thursday 9 A.M. -1 P.M.
Requirements
University Qualifications: MBA or CRM course.
Other certifications obtained: office, CRM software (especially payam gostar).
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of CRM work experience.
Specialist knowledge: knowledge of CRM system and tools.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: skilled at communication, strong proficiency with computer applications, ability to maintain confidentiality, commitment to providing excellent customer service.
