● Applying and Follow up with IFDA (MOH) & Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
● In charge of logistic issues, CBI currency allocation, LC opening and payment to beneficiary.
● Supervision and control over all related affairs to remittances with banks and exchange offices.
● Rolling forecast preparation based on market demand.
● Mid-term and short term budgeting based on annually import forecast.
● Planning and controlling of shipments based on provided rolling forecast to avoid any lake of supply situation.
● Track the status of import process.
● Ensuring the necessary coordination to obtain import/ release permits from various organizations.
● Negotiate with suppliers for international and domestic purchases of raw material, general and technical requirements etc.
● Reporting to CEO.
Requirements
● MSc. in Business Administration, Economics, English or MBA.
● At least 5 years' experience as a commercial manager.
● Fluent in English.
● Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office).
● Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws, Incoterms and procurement tactics.
● Understanding Customs processes and regulations and have closely worked with custom brokers.
