Job Description

● Manage, review and control the computation and reporting of actual and forecasts of marketing investments. ● Ensure compliance with policies and procedures relevant to Marketing Investments for the BAT Pars operations. ● Execute month-end closing ensuring appropriate provisions are recorded and any adjustment or correction needed in actuals is executed. ● Manage MFPO process ensuring appropriate controls are in place. ● Prepare monthly updates of the full-year forecast of MI and align with P&R. ● Manage and review monthly actual CAPEX spending and update the full-year forecast. ● Ensure all POSM inventory and FOC balances accurately reflect physical amounts and quantities in warehouses. ● Obtain timely feedback for analysis of performances, variances, and conformity to forecasts. ● Ensure tracking of all marketing activities and spending conducted. ● Carry out capability-building activities for marketing employees to ensure more financial awareness and impact of their actions on the financial performance of the company. ● Ensure appropriate level of knowledge of marketing issues in order to be able to add value in supporting marketing department needs. ● Act as a finance business partner for marketing. ● Ensure appropriate level of knowledge of BAT Marketing Finance toolkit (Pink Book) and best practices, through following the changes in Marketing Finance interact database. ● Implement internal control procedures to ensure a high level of internal control exists within the trade and brand marketing (whether in dealing with suppliers through proper POs in place or with customers through FOC, incentives, etc.).

Requirements

● University graduate (MBA) preferably, professionally qualified accountant i.e., CA, ACCA, and CPA. ● Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation, qualification with a reputable organization within or outside Iran. ● Experience in working in an ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics) is added advantage. ● Tech-savvy individual. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Fluent in English. ● Adaptable, proactive, dynamic, and self-motivator. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work as part of a team for collective goals. ● Able to prioritize and deliver under pressure and challenging situations.
