- Negotiation with foreign suppliers and managing orders
- Handling foreign sales projects and identifying customers’ needs
- Handling logistic issues and checking all shipping documents
- Communicating with customers via direct contact, telephone and correspondence
- Preparing organized reports and analysis to summarize related information and customer records
- Managing participation in events and Exhibitions
- Reporting to: Sales manager
Requirements
- BA preferably in chemistry or related fields
- Advanced level of English (Written and spoken)
- Any related certificate in commercial management such as MBA, Negotiation techniques, CRM, Marketing principals,
- Digital Marketing and etc. From reputable institutions would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing in pharmaceutical fields
- Strong ability in Microsoft office -Strong ability in corresponding both in English and Farsi
- Energetic, self-motivated, hardworking personality who is well organized and team oriented are considered with higher priority
- Professional written and spoken English literacy and good knowledge of ICDL Skills are a must too
