Job description:
- Do administrative work.
- The Commercial Expert is responsible for carrying out commercial, contractual, administrational duties and document management.
- Updating shipment status daily Delivering shipments to clients Prepare and maintain computerized. Records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories Filling and preparing the related forms.
- Preparing related reports routinely.
- Monitoring shipment, customs clearance, and documentation like: Invoice, Performa, and Packing List
- Provide information about product characteristics, price, etc. to customers.
- Proceed and handle all necessary documentations from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, and commercial registration procedures till the end of custom process.
- Commute with all governmental and non-governmental organizations in case of need.
