Our clinic is currently looking for a talented individual to assist in leading our medical and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative and technical staff
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Developing and implementing policies based on assessed needs
- Overseeing recruitment, training and performance appraisals
- Setting and monitoring budgets and approving purchases
- Conflict resolution
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies
Requirements
- A degree in Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar or management role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral
- Excellent English commands
- Strong leadership skills
- Meticulous and highly detail-oriented
- Good negotiation skills
- Persistent in conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in teams
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus
- Knowledge of a third language (preferably Arabic or Turkish) is a bonus
