Job Description
• Main Objectives: Managing the company financial and accounting information for internal and external purposes. • Display expertise in management of P&L for the organization. • Drives monthly financial analysis, reporting and projections to deliver a dash-board view of the Company’s fiscal health that can enable timely managerial responsiveness and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. • Develop & implement the Company’s financial policies & procedures. • Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. • Prepare forecasts and insights to the CEO and the Board of Directors as well as forward looking analysis to help drive decisions. • Manage daily cash flows with insights and provide management in-depth analysis of fund flow reports. • Oversee all the functions of the Accounting department; accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets and bank reconciliations Apt at handling internal & external audits, manage the statutory compliances as per requirements. • Responsible for all financial legal compliance reports and local government presentation and information requirements. • Should have knowledge of tax planning and tax management.
Requirements
• Education: Economics or Accounting Degree. Master with focus in finance or administration is a plus Language: Fluent in English • Work Experience: Above 10 years in Finance function and 5 years above at management level • Skills: Should be apt in managing internal and external stakeholders Strong in Overall Finance Management, good leadership exposure and interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills.
