Job Description
The responsibilities of a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) include but not limited to: - Leading the accounting department of a business - Managing its day-to-day operations - Prepare the budget and regulatory reporting - Monitor and analyze finances relative to the budget or other metrics - Leading the accounting staff - Putting together monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including audited financial statements - Studying historical financial reporting, and managing general accounting, such as accounts receivable and payable and fixed assets - Also expected to oversee accounting for payroll, workers’ comp, healthcare, bonuses, bank reconciliations, and … - Prepare presentations and provide information for cost reports to analyze the financial position of the business while providing recommendations to improve performance - Reporting to: Factory and Finance Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance from a reputable university - Minimum 15 years of related experience in manufacturing Factories - Leadership capability - Problem solving capability - Expert in Ms. office - Eager to achieve targets - Self-motivated - Multi task capability - The priority is with Residents in or around Parand
