-Organize the correspondence card of the CEO's office and take action to receive the relevant records
-Sending correspondence issued by the company to the relevant units, institutions and departments
-Keep and archive all files, papers, letters and reports and other documents of the office in the special archive of the office
-Prepare reports on important daily events for office management
-Prepare a weekly schedule of meetings, appointments and related information
-Coordination of all operating management programs, meetings, appointments
-Coordinating and delivering all orders issued by the CEO to all managers and staff
Requirements
5 years of experience in the same job group
-Bachelor of Management (all majors), Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Educational or
-Communication Sciences, Public Relations, Finance and Accounting or Computer, Information
-Technology
-Neat and disciplined
-Trusted and committed
-Has high public relations
-Ability to manage time
-Ability to write internal and external correspondence
