- Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management office
- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities
- Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic
- Welcoming the guests
- Preparing Internal /external meeting minutes
- Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results
- Follow up and manage key delegation topics with Company key leaders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same position
- Fluency in English is must (written and verbal)
- Mastery in using MS Office software
- Multitasking capabilities
- Positive Service delivery and Hospitality attitude
- High level of communication, team work and organization skills
- Reliable, patient and good verbal communication skills
- Ideal Age: 22 - 30
