Job Description

- Manage Collecting and analysis of information about different media channels, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, films, television, the internet and outdoor media, such as posters and digital billboards, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods. - Assist in development of Media mix plans, strategies and budget - Support line manager in development of Marketing road map and communication strategy in all channels. - Negotiate for the best deals for the campaign to keep within the budget. - Maintain and develop working relationships with new and existing partners who offers us products and services for our loyalty scheme and also explore new opportunities to bring new potential partners into our loyalty scheme. - Communicate with the creative and advertisement agency team to develop media strategies and campaigns. - Analyze and decide on the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations - Undertake research and analyze data using industry resources. - Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits. - Create & proofread advertisement content before release. - Manage maintaining detailed records & report. - Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns. - Produce financial and media plans and forecasts. - Produce briefs for media sellers, creative houses and our related Advertisement companies. - Communicate & liaise with suppliers (printers, creative agencies, production houses, photographers, media agencies, copywriters, video, web and digital developers, media owners, influences). - Consult with Product team & Commercial stakeholders to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the briefs and develop creative concepts to suit their purpose. - Develop creative solutions to meet business objectives and priorities for strategic print and digital solutions. - Review national and international trends to propose new communicate ideas

Requirements

Education: - B.Sc. in marketing, business, graphic design or other relevant fields - MBA is preferred Experience: - 2-3 years of agency experience; 3+ years media planning experience Knowledge: - Advertising/ marketing - Business/management - Communication and media studies - Expert knowledge of layouts, graphic design fundamentals and typography - Strong working knowledge of print design, brand development, integrated campaigns and the creative process - Journalism - Operational research - Statistics - Online media planning, implementation and optimizations - Media Mix strategies - Working English knowledge Skill & Ability: - Effective organizational skills - Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and agencies - Microsoft Office - Literacy, for writing reports and presentations - Numeracy, for data analysis and negotiations - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information - Real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities Attitude: - Teamwork - Confidence - Creative and Innovative - Pressure tolerant - Enthusiasm - Determination and perseverance - Having commercial flair - Aware of media trends - Logical thinker - Persuasive and diplomatic - Good attention to detail - Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, niche and B2B sites, online video, and everything in between
