- Realizing the brand objectives: develop the objectives and strategy for long and short term
- Identify and analyze consumer needs, competitor activities and market opportunities
- Convert the specific strategies into tactical projects
- Suggest ideas pro-actively on how to improve the development of the Consumer portfolio in order to increase distribution and market share of the brands
- Regular store checks to secure display and selling of the products
- Prepare sales force support and product training related to designated products
- Manage the variable marketing budget and ROI calculation. Make sure that the budget is up-to date and aligned
- Prepare marketing plans including sales and expense budgets related to the activities
- Monitor brand performance, set specific KPI’s and make relevant reports for the management
- Manage the P&L and monitor the development vs. budget
- Work closely together with all local and global departments
