• Providing effective suggestions to design vision and B2B sales strategies
• Establishing sales teams and directing them effectively
• Planning goals for sales team members in accordance with the strategy adopted by the organization, designing operational plans and managing their performance at specified intervals
• Identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team
• Team leadership and coaching, strengthening abilities, performing the recovery process to improve sales team performance
• Monitoring market trends, providing practical and executive suggestions to increase sales
• Offering new products based on the competitive position of organizations, products and competitors
• Providing management reports
Requirements
• BSc or MSc in Business Management or chemical engineering (BSc in Business Management is preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and managing the sales team in:
*Food and Hygienic Packaging & Printing Industry
*Printing and laminating industry
*Polyethylene film production industry
*Packing & Plastic industry
• Age: Min 32 years old
• Proficiency of marketing and sales management rules
• Ability to make a team and manage it in order to achieve the target/goals set
• Ability to handle the marketing and sales debates and discussions
• Mastering Office software and related software
• Mastery of negotiation principles and techniques
• Effective cooperation with other organizational departments
