Job Description
● Ensure adherence to the auto service reception standards.
● Create customer files as new assignments are received and schedule appointments.
● Greet customers when they arrive, locate their file, assign an estimator, and offer refreshments.
● Follow up with missed estimate and repair appointments.
● Assign vehicle numbers, notate folders, and inform estimators of vehicle arrivals.
● Print sign-in/sign-out templates each week, validate staff sign-in and sign-out times.
● Responsible for part/core returns and ensure that the credit is received.
● Answer phone calls, take messages and transfer phone calls.
● Assist with visitors' shuttle service and clerical errands, as necessary.
● Update and maintain business social media accounts.
● Sort and distribute incoming mail.
