- Leading and providing creative direction to a multi-disciplinary team including writers and designers.
- Working from a brief with a copywriter, generating ideas.
- Working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign.
- Being Partners and collaborates with Director of Marketing on all Marketing and communication activity and execute all creative needs.
- Evaluating concepts and providing creative direction.
- Managing projects and working within a budget and deadlines.
- Editing the final results for final presentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Art Direction in Advertising Agencies or marketing teams.
- Good art and design skills, including an understanding of photography, printing, and motion
- Creativity and imagination
- Skilled in Design software
- Team-building skills
- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Great attention to details
- Creativity, self-motivation and the ability to work on strict deadlines, even under pressure
