Architects begin designing a project at the planning stage of development. They first meet with the client to determine their requirements for the project.
Other responsibilities:
● Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
● Develop and present project proposals.
● Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
● Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
● Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
● Determine and adhere to budgets and timelines.
● Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
● Preparation of 3D, 2D, executive, and workshop, and employer roles and presenting explosive and disassembly roles of the designed product manufacturing stages.
● Control design interactions and provide solutions
● Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
● Project manage and help to coordinate the work of contractors
● Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
● Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
● Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
● Ensure that all the work is carried in accordance with specific standards
Requirements
● Good knowledge of the drawings of other design groups.
● Ability to make decisions, provide design, creativity and initiative, and the ability to work at height.
● Fluent in the rules and regulations of architecture and urban planning, engineering system, municipality.
● Fluent in Landscaping and green space design.
● Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
● Previous working experience as an Architect for 5 years.
● Master's degree in Architecture.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills.
