-Educated in Agricultural fields
-Familiar with startup culture and ecosystem

-Good public relations
-Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible and cooperative
-Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
-Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office)
-Previous experience in agricultural startups is an advantage
