Job Description

As we are a certification body(CB), the Administrative Assistant is responsible for following items: - Money collection and follow ups and registering all results. - Control of cash, cheque and follow up documents at the bank and Discrepancies. - Prepares all financial reports for management. - Handling invoices send and receive with customer. - Preparing official letters for follow up customer invoices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (Minimum) - Relevant training or qualification - Knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Professional in verbal and written communication - Ability to work under pressure - Interested in learning - Responsible - Motivated
