● Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other management reports. Including monthly closing and full financial reporting. (financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts).
● Take a leading role in training and coaching the finance team.
● Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
● Participate in developing the budget and financial planning Including annual Budget and quarterly revisions.
● Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
● Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
● Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts.
● Responsible for the Tax, Vat, Insurance, etc.
● Do other finance and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
● At least 2 years of experience in this position and more than 5 years of experience in financial accounting (especially in manufacturing companies).
● Strong, professional communication, financial, and management accounting skills and related laws. (Including IR GAAP, Tax, VAT, SSO, and commercial law).
● Good communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
● Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure.
● Able to work extra hours, flexibility, and time management.
