- Preparation of comparative analytical reports
- Preparing required daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions
- Tracing costs back to underlying activities
- Construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.
- Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
- Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports
- Keeping budget record of clients
- Preparing reports for Financial Manager, Sales Manager and CEO
Requirements
- At least bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Good knowledge in Tax and Insurance regulations
- Good knowledge in preparing seasonal reports, VAT, operational tax, cost calculation
- Familiar with export process and commercial correspondents
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
- Helpful to have experience manipulating large databases
- Expert in accounting software
- Computer knowledge; Windows & Microsoft Office (word, Excel, power point, outlook)
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-development, Self-learning and Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Ability to execute, follow-up, and ensure attention to detail
