- Male - BS/MS in civil engineering accounting from valid universities - At least 5 years’ experience - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to work in a responsible and committed manner - Military service completion card - Preferably familiar with the "RAHKARAN SYSTEM" - Age Maximum 30
