The role is defined for Accountant in MAMMUT Teleca with following responsibilities:
Daily financial and accounting operations
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting Supplier
Controlling the incoming and out coming payments
Petty cash management
Keeping records and accounts by updating invoices, debits, and credits
Updating customer’s statements
Assisting in year-end closing processes
Preparing reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules
Submitting report of received and paid checks according to the regulations
Submitting report related to the guarantee and documents of the company
Resolving disputes treasury with banks
Controlling incoming checks and follow to cash

Requirements
B.S in Accounting
At least two years of related experience
Familiar With MS Office ( Mainly Excel and Word )
Good Knowledge of accounting software
Fluent in English
