- Performing general bookkeeping
- Preparation of insurance and payroll lists
- Controlling all bank statements and cash flow and report them to the manager
- Registration, classification, making archives, and reporting all expenses of the company
- provide reports by excel format and accounting software
- preparing salary list and arrange the payments with Bank
Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowing and having background of trading accounting (Foreign Trade)
- Enough Experienced in Microsoft Office Software, especially Microsoft Excel
- Skilled in tax, insurance & VAT issues
- Familiar with accounting software
- At least 5 years of related experience
