Responsible for financial, insurance and tax subjects.
Tracking payments, insurance, salary and Following tax payments
Payments preparation and action control of insurance and taxes.
Handling the daily operational issues (Accounting, Financial etc.)
Doing all payroll related activities
Prepare financial statement (Balance Sheet, Profit and loss, etc.)
Follow up on contract matters
Preparing monthly & needed management reports
Subordinates: no Subordinates.
Location: Tehran- yousef abad / (Priority with volunteers who have nearby residence)
Work day: Sat. to Wed. - 8 am to 5 pm
Thu. Day 8 am – 13 pm (On needed basis with overtime pay)
Requirements
At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
At least 3-4 years of experience in Construction Company
Good knowledge of Construction Management Processes
Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Highly committed to the job role and follow up the tasks
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards especially Iranian ones.
Good knowledge of accounting softwares and Mastering the Sepidar Accounting Software
Ability to use internet and MS office
Good knowledge of Asset and Insurance laws
Proficient in government regulations like tax declaration, VAT, Labor Law
Having high accuracy, high perseverance and teamwork spirit
