- Handling the daily operational issues (Accounting, Financial, Warehouse, etc.)
- Providing social insurance and tax list
- Doing all payroll related activities
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Coordinates with the external auditors to provide assistance, guidance and informed responses to queries during the course of the regular financial and system audits.
- Prepare financial statement (Balance Sheet, Profit and loss, etc.)
- Follow up on contract matters
- Preparing monthly & quarterly & needed management reports
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (people graduated from state Universities based in Tehran have priority)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the related position
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards especially latest Iranian accounting standard
- Good experience in related softwares such as Hamkaran System
- Good knowledge of Asset and Insurance laws
- Familiar with Seasonal deals
- Ability to analyze review, analyze and modify the accounting headings
- Being familiar with capital market is an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and sometimes as overtime
