Job Description

•Main Objective: -Here at Yektanet, we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team full time •Main Responsibilities: -Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact -Set strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and KPIs -As an account manager, you will manage our client portfolio & you should have solid experience with a customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships -As a young online advertising platform, we provide you a dynamic atmosphere with high learning and growth opportunity -Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner -Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends -Working Hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. / Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m.

Requirements

-Good team work -Digital Marketing Knowledge is an advantage -Experience in customer service and account management -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Willingness to learn -Negotiation skills -Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details -Good knowledge of English is preferred -Ideal Age Range: 23 - 40
