Job Description

•Build long term and strong relation with the key customers by understanding their needs, strategies and goals •Maintain Frequent contact with key customers •Identify new proper customers and propose financial services related to Kian's business •Prepare regular reports effectively based on client queries •Promote relation between marketing and sales •Develop business with new ideas of placement; promotion; event etc. •Develop sales through the key customers and sales channel •Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new customers •Anticipate and bring volumes, turnover and receivables from the respective accounts •Propose a strategy to develop Key Account business for each chain align with company top management

Requirements

•At least 5-years of experience as an Account Manager •Previous exposure to the financial markets and passionate about this field •Ability to work within deadlines, result-driven and able to deliver desired results under pressure •Team-oriented and highly motivated with excellent organizational skills •Persistent in work and high attention to details •Expanded connection with potential customers •Good Networking Skills and large network of buyers •Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively •Working experience in businesses related to investment banking and brokerage is an advantage
