The purpose of this role is to deal with enquirers from clients, helps solve their problems and advise them on how's the best to use the company's services.
• Implementing Telemarketing and warm sales with new clients in order to meet personal and team goals
• Calling leads and performing interviews with clients to receive their requirements and idea
• Analyzing and prospecting clients' needs
• Suggesting appropriate packages based on client's need
• Interviewing based on procedure and transform leads to clients
• Managing estimation projects and accounts
• Responsible for preparing proposal receive payments from estimation clients.
• Responsible for receiving estimation results from estimation team and prepare estimation document for clients
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as account manager, preferably in online services.
• Relevant training or qualification in area of sales, marketing and branding is an asset
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office is an asset
• Professional in English communication is mandatory
• Perfect communication skills is a plus
