• Acting as the contact point for clients within the company
• Forming an effective interaction with clients
• Proposing new marketing and retention initiatives for customer retention
• Studying and analyzing the contracts in order to define the best services to deliver
• Cooperating with market analysis teams in order to define new marketing initiatives
• Preparing new marketing plan for each company’s branch based on the main contract with banks
•Analyzing and defining clients’ future needs and proposing new plans to meet them
• Analyzing marketing plans in terms effectiveness
• Preparing and presenting statistical reports for company and clients
Requirements
• University degree in Marketing, MBA, E-commerce or other related fields from credible universities
• Minimum of 5 years work experience as an account manager
• Familiar with payment and banking industry
• Good communication skills
• Great capacity to work on a team
• Good command of English
• Creative and innovative
