• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through email, phone and in person meetings
• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Being familiar with market trends & VAS ecosystem
Requirements
•University Qualifications: BSc in Business Management or any relevant field or IT Previous •Experience: 3+ years of account manager experience Familiar with VAS industry
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills related to telecommunication industry
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Self-motivated Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
•Having knowledge about digital advertising analysing and related tools
•Having work experience in aggregator, Cp / Sp
