• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through email, phone and in person meetings
• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc in Business Management or any relevant field or IT
Previous Experience: 4+ years of account manager experience
Familiar with PSP industry
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
