- Must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
- Analyzing clients requirements and providing them solutions
- Always provide an honest and realistic evaluation of client's matter at each stage of service
- Being patient enough to have always open communication with our clients, informing them about the progress of their required service
- Review and update Visa Manual
- To deal professionally with all callers, whether on telephone or in person, ensuring that people are treated fairly and responding sensitively to differences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer services department
- Good knowledge of computer operation and relevant software and Microsoft Office etc.
- Excellent teamwork skills & communication skills
- Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations
- Perform any other related duties requested by management
- Being Presentable and having charming personality
- Proficient in English
- Holding a University Degree
- Must be Female
- 25-40 years old
