Responsibilities:
● You will be responsible for sales calls to a specific base of our customers, with the intent of promoting, closing sales deals over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
● Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has superior skills in negotiation and sales tactics, etc., and of course, has a passion for technology & IT services.
● You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service.
● Communicate with customers, providing them information regarding our services in an engaging manner register and pay in the Divar different panels.
● Coordinate with other team members to achieve their team's targets.
● Enter and update customer information in the database.
● Prepare routine sales reports, document and transmit customer feedback to improve the product and sales process.

● Familiar with sales concepts and previous experience in sales team (Telesales will be an advantage).
