· Selling and promoting company’s product portfolio and support strategic marketing activities and company programs
· Identify new customers and develop existing ones
· Resolute tracking of market developments, continuous updating of the project list & coordination with other related Departments
· Manage & share relevant knowledge (product, customer, industry, market, competitors)
· Lead & co-ordinate timely and complete provision of the requisite inputs for processing proposals
· Conducting contract negotiations, including systematic documentation and communication of the negotiation results, to ensure achievement of the planned volume of new orders in line with the stipulated positive margin
· Plan & manage own sales activities and report on them
· Realization of requested and prescribed tasks according to planned time schedule and costs.
· Achieve Customer acceptance for performed tasks / job.
· During service activities following and understanding customer requests in order to generate new potential Order Entry
· Evaluate all possibilities for cost optimization with target to increase Margin, including claim possibility
· Schedule and resource planning coordination with responsible person
Requirements
· Bachelor degree, MSc/MBA- desirable
· Minimum 7 years of experience in management, marketing and business development
· Strong technical and commercial background in Petroleum industry preferably bitumen with experience in sales and marketing.
· In-depth knowledge of/experience with the Iranian & International petrochemical and petroleum market and its main stakeholders
· Fluent in English, both written & oral
· Deep strategy, business development, Sales and marketing acumen
· Proven experience of working with International companies
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate sense of urgency
· Strong organisation and time management skills
· Timely Pulling in of the Sales team and Leadership for discussions and meetings with the key stakeholders
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment
· General computer knowledge (ICDL)
· Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
