- Searching to find potential customers and tenders and marketing our products
- Establishing relation with new clients and maintaining existing relationships with the old ones.
- Keep record of client contact data.
- Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts
- Negotiation with customers to finalize the deal
- Issuing Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice
_Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports
- Keeping budget record of clients
- Cooperation with Logistic and Financial team for assuring customer service and targeting sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Analyzing market trend
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other events.
- Preparing reports for General Manager
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the field of Medical equipment
-Familiarity with customers who need Medical equipment
-Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Acceptable English language skill
-Ability to provide statistical and analytical reports
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software and CRM
-Hardworking, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, creative, problem solving, positive and active attitude
-willing to take responsibility
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
